Want to make sure your senior photos turn out great? Here are five tips to help you prepare!
1. Think of your senior photos as a reflection of who you are, and make them unique! You can do this by bringing props that represent your hobbies or interests, wearing a meaningful piece of jewelry or clothing, or having a location setting that speaks to your personality. Your senior photos will be one-of-a-kind if you think of them as a snapshot of who you are and make sure to incorporate elements that reflect your personality. 2. Make sure to eat something before the photo session! Feeling full and energized will help ensure high spirits throughout the session, which will lead to better photos. *Bonus of working with me, I always have some snacks on hand to munch on during breaks in the action! 3. Get plenty of rest before your high school senior photo session. You’ll have more energy and look better if you are well-rested, so make sure to carve out an adequate amount of time for sleep the night before your photos! 4. Plan your outfits WAY ahead of time! Making sure you have your outfits picked out well in advance will ensure that you are ready to go the day of and relieve you the stress of scrambling last minute trying to plan what you are going to wear. 5. Create a small pinterest board (no more than 7 pins each to avoid confusion and mixed messages) of hair and makeup looks you want for your session. Having a couple looks to show to your hair and makeup artists and pinpoint the specific details of each picture that you like will help every stay on the same page and give you the perfect look.
